How to get Raccoon
Train until you have any Speed (Forest needs none), then go to Forest, zone 1 of 14, guarded by the Chicken. Steal eggs there and bring them back to your base to hatch.
Each egg that spawns in Forest has a 7% chance to be a Raccoon Egg. That means you need to see about 10 eggs for a 50% chance of at least one, and 32 eggs for 90%.
A Raccoon egg takes 50s to hatch, and the wiki lists its reward as +620 Speed, $4.5k.
