How to get Fox

Train until you have any Speed (Forest needs none), then go to Forest, zone 1 of 14, guarded by the Chicken. Steal eggs there and bring them back to your base to hatch.

Each egg that spawns in Forest has a 4.5% chance to be a Fox Egg. That means you need to see about 16 eggs for a 50% chance of at least one, and 51 eggs for 90%.

A Fox egg takes 1m 30s to hatch, and the wiki lists its reward as +720 Speed, $18k.

Fox value by size and mutation
