How to get Salamander
Train until you have at least 2.5B Speed, then go to Cherry Blossom, zone 10 of 14, guarded by the Oni Tiger. Steal eggs there and bring them back to your base to hatch.
Each egg that spawns in Cherry Blossom has a 26.27% chance to be a Salamander Egg. That means you need to see about 3 eggs for a 50% chance of at least one, and 8 eggs for 90%.
A Salamander egg takes 5m to hatch, and the wiki lists its reward as +3m Speed, $7.4m.
