How to get Mantaris
Train until you have at least 7B Speed, then go to Titan Temple, zone 11 of 14, guarded by the Gorilla King. Steal eggs there and bring them back to your base to hatch.
Each egg that spawns in Titan Temple has a 13.96% chance to be a Mantaris Egg. That means you need to see about 5 eggs for a 50% chance of at least one, and 16 eggs for 90%.
A Mantaris egg takes 17m to hatch, and the wiki lists its reward as +3.4m Speed, $1.1b.
