Each egg that spawns in Abyss Ocean has a 0.826453% chance to be a Kraken Egg. That means you need to see about 84 eggs for a 50% chance of at least one, and 278 eggs for 90%.

A Kraken egg takes 2h 15m to hatch, and the wiki lists its reward as +144k Speed, $1.5b.
